Just left the hospital, my daughter presented to this facility as an emergency patient. Her belongings was taken from her. Standard hospital protocol is to send patients belongings to security and document the items in the medical record or paper form for patients belongings. When my daughter showed up for her items, no one knew where the items were. All they had to offer were anecdotal stories. My daughter asked for the house supervisor and the house supervisor refused to speak with her. My daughter was told to call patient advocate. Today is 10/30/2020 and whoever is the house supervisor at this hospital needs to remember that as a nurse, you are the patient advocate. We can replace a MAC Book Pro but I hope the care you provide to your patients is better than your customer service! Just unbelievable!!!
