The service provided by Tunrooms.com is average. The website was easy to use and I found a decent deal on a room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but there were a few minor issues with the facilities. The staff was responsive and resolved the issues in a timely manner. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
