From the moment we were greeted in reception by the team we felt pampered and happy thanks to the attention to detail given by everyone here. Our room wasn't quite ready so we received complimentary goodies in a special side room and the children had their own check in to entertain themselves with which was hugely welcome after a sleepless flight! We were upgraded as a result to a lovely big room with sea view and rushed to the pool. Siri, Lax and the pool crew instantly made friends with the kids and made an extra effort to look after them! Even stuck a plaster on the lilo when it sprang a leak!
I can't fault the excellent food, service and standards and hugely thankful for a wonderful holiday.
