If I could I'd give it less than one star I would....

If I could I'd give it less than one star I would. The cost of your service does not represent what DISH advertises. Paying for a premium service package and receiving 2nd generation equipment is a ripoff. DISH advertises and represents state of the art equipment and services but Jet only provides the basic equipment which was outdated 10 years ago. The cost of the Jet Plan Package I am paying for is higher than what DISH advertises. For the equipment I'm paying for I should be paying less than what Jet charges for their Basic plan. The service I receive from your Company isn't much better than your equipment. When asking your representatives about your service and equipment, there basic answer is, "this is what you get and we have no plans on changing it". Your Internet package is horrendous. I pay for the Premium package so that I can obtain faster Internet speed and when I'm using it, the speed I receive is less than promised in your Basic package.
