Operation schedule not respected, lack of organization, lack of communication towards the patient concerned! how is this possible at the moment ?? it is good to have ambitious expansion projects, but it would be even better to make efforts to improve COMMUNICATION, it is a question of respect for the patient! and there is a job !!!
