Damage my hair forever
It was my first time dying my hair, went there two times before for a hair cut which went okay. I consult with the stylist for balayage as I wanted a mahogany colour (I have dark hair ) but ended in a nightmare.
The owner Anne yelled at me and told me that was the colour I wanted ( red / orange) which I didn t!!! I was the last client at the salon and of course I burst into tears (never being treated like this before).

Will post pictures on how they left my hair after this awful balayage... the worst hair salon an awful service.
