Low quality of the course material. The supervisor of the course also appeared to have resigned a long time ago, without the center indicating this or appointing a new supervisor. I applied to take the exam weeks in advance, after which I received an email half an hour before the exam was due to start confirming that this date was correct for them, so late that it was physically impossible to to go.
