Sunday, April 14, We had chosen the lunch cruise. Not knowing which pontoon we had to go to (on the booking form it says "the check-in takes place at pontoons 5 and 7) we show up at the first, we arrived 35 minutes before departure. We wait patiently Alas for us we chose the wrong queue !!!! Next we advance in a regular way.After + 20 minutes waiting it's up to us! And there the hostess who is on the point of registering is interrupted by one of these colleagues for a table problem, he does not even apologize to us for this interruption and here we are planted in front of the counter and it lasts ... the people behind us change It is 12.30 pm Finally we take care of us, we do not apologize, now it's up to us to hurry because the boat is docked on the other pontoon !!! And the miracle we are greeted by a smiling person who accompanies us to our table and are is supported by Abdelkhader who was professional throughout the cruise. Effective, smiling and making us
