New furnace and air conditioning installed resulting from a service call on my old furnace. Russ did the service call on Friday night, got the old beast up and running within 2 hours of my call. Al came Saturday morning to discuss the options of purchasing a new furnace/air conditioning. All options were discussed and no pressure was felt when making my final decision. Monday morning at 8:15, Alex, Brock and Rob came and within 6 hours installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were very friendly, helpful with going over the new thermostat and did not leave any mess behind. All the people I dealt with since Friday night were very courteous and understanding, including Karen, who took my panic call on Friday regarding the furnace not working :)
