My fiance' and I worked there for a little over a year as drivers. I trained her there, and it was side by side training. She was knocking out around 2,500-3,000 miles a week. In my mind, when we started teaming, we should've started seeing 5-6,000 miles a week. Nope! We were lucky to see 4,200 miles a week. Only 4 weeks we ever saw over 5,000 mikes. Out of those 4 weeks, only 1 week did not bleed over from the previous week. Every suggestion, complaint etc fell on deaf ears. If you team, and want miles, DON'T HIRE ON WITH EPES!
