An equipment operator backed into/onto my wife's vehicle, twice, back to back.
Then they tried to pay cash for the repairs. It wasn't until I asked for an account to bill a rental car and medical bills did they decide that maybe, just maybe insurance would be a good option.

Then they didn't even file with insurance. I had to spend eight hours on the phone with their awful Western National insurance agent and before they would provide a claim number.

If I could give zero starts I would.
The one star they do have is for the kind woman who answers the phone. Seemed to be the only person in the company that cared an end-loader almost killed my wife.

I would suggest a couple more hours of safety training for the operators.
