My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Maitland area. Artesian Title represented us during the purchase, and I will say that my experience with Alexa and team was fantastic.

They were punctual, detailed, and very genial in all of our dealings and brought real value to the table in their review of the relevant documentation.

During the closing Bob walked us through each document that we were signing, and explained in detail the purpose and implications of each. We had a large number of questions since we were first time homeowners, and he answered each question with specificity and knowledge illustrating his years of experience.

He also provided us with a post-closing to-do list, which we have found to be immensely helpful.
