Literally 2 days past my warranty date for full coverage when I discovered a nail in my BRAND NEW Hankook tires on Monday (barely drove last 6 months due to COVID-19). Harsh enforcement of 100% vs 50% coverage (waited over the weekend to claim thus going over by 2 days) shows how little they care about customers.
