Herb Chambers BMW not only offered a great car buying experience but a great service experience as well. I've had my X1 for two years, and I remain impressed at the service provided by this dealership. I had reached out to Jason O'Brien to ask for help because there was a 'rattle' in the car that was driving me bananas and no one could figure out what it was. He took the car for a spin himself and then had the service manager, Mark Keohane, go for a ride with me too. Mark was also extremely helpful as well and immediately identified the worn out windshield wiper that got a little 'flappy' as the rattling culprit. Mark replaced my wipers right away, I high-fived them both and went on my merry way. Great experience!
