My sister fell down 15 steps and it knocked her out. I walked in the door and no one in front of us. The intake was fine. The nurse taking my sisters blood was a clueless ,very unprofessional idiot. Im trying to coach my sister into trusting this incompetent idiot and she did. That dam woman nurse dug in her are for 5 minutes. My sister was very brave and as I watched her unsure this horrible act I couldn't take it anymore. My sister finally sassy I refuse treatment and i said to her,"I'm ready when you are". I couldn't believe it! The head nurse comes in and before we could even get a word in the explain how what was going on ,the hateful,"very unprofessiontional
