My experience today at Port St. John Eye Care was very positive. The office staff was welcoming and proficient. Dr. Webster is the best. He answered my questions and I didn't feel rushed.

I do have one suggestion and that relates to the online questionnaire. Keep in mind that I am not computer savvy. I filled out the form and thought I had submitted it, but I must have done something wrong. I also had trouble finding the form on the website. Also, the process for entering the office was a little confusing. All my problems are related to new procedures because of COVID-19.

With that being said, I have been going to Port St. John Eye Care for about as long as I can remember. I will continue to go there for years to come.
