Our initial dealings with Abram s was great. The staff person was extremely helpful in helping us with the rental property we found through Zillow. The property was just right. The layout of the house, the location near our family s many activities, and the close neighborhood support of one another was great. Everything was going good as long as there was no maintenance issues or special needs. Then we hit a snag. Somehow the person assigned to us was not as understanding. The next person was extremely helpful, but they explained they were not going to be our regular representative. The next person started off very personable and promised help and even gave us his personal cell phone number. However that staff member did not last long and we found when I called his cell number he was no longer with the company.

The next person to connect with us was Liz Abram. She has truly renewed our willingness to stay with Abram s Realty. She quickly assessed what was needed. In short order made arrangements for the problems to be fixed. She did all of this with such efficiency that we were even willing to sign on to a two year extension on our Rental Contract.
