Dining room service: They bill higher amounts to families and then threaten that if we don't pay them they will expel the student from the dining room. They do not answer by phone. Lack of control in billing, they are issuing incorrect receipts to parents and they are not decisive. Very bad management. I have been asking for the complaint form on different occasions for 6 months and they do not issue it ... the worst thing is to threaten children of leaving them out of the service of a public school due to an internal problem with them.
