The place may be open to the public, the opening hours are absolutely impossible (worse than banks!). In addition, you have to ring outside and wait for the door to open, in addition to constantly having the impression of disturbing the employees assigned to the store. The idea of opening this factory to the public certainly comes from the top management and clearly seems to have been imposed on the employees of the box, who always give the impression of looking forward to returning to their other duties. A mixed experience, which is offset only by the quality of treats and their reasonable prices. There are surplus inventory, in addition to broken chocolates sold at a discount.
