Working with Bob, Ericka, Rob and Brian has been an absolute pleasure. We added an elevator to our home and from beginning to end, it was a painless process. I never felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed, rather the focus was always on making sure the work was done well. The team was quick to suggest tweaks to improve the final outcome. They even helped with a few minor fixes that had nothing to do with the original project. The final result is stunning and the elevator looks like it was always there We originally built our house using a custom builder and had a good experience, but after using Sundesign and experiencing how pleasant a building project can be, I am spoiled; going forward I would never use anyone else!
