Product is wonderful, customer support is terrible...

Product is wonderful, customer support is terrible, they charge for every question, especially when it has to do with custom reports. I don't mind paying when I request something, but where I pay for a report to be developed, then have a question or want to understand how to do something, there is always an additional associated charge. I started with ABuild 5 years ago, back then the company treated its customers like family, this practice unfortunately has changed, too bad.
