Shane and the team quickly sorted out a problem with my installation of the CPU and motherboard, which I bought thru the ebay store. I bought the parts for my birthday a week ahead, encountered the problem on the weekend and emailed Shane and got a reply right away on Sunday morning! I shipped the parts back to the shop in QLD and got a response right away after it was returned! Amazing! I could not recommend these guys enough, they've won me over my local computer stores (MSY, Mwave, umart etc) in Sydney, where it took me an hour to line up and another hour waiting for the parts to came out of their warehouse. I was getting faster service in QLD than in Sydney! BIG thanks for Shane and the team!
