My lease vehicle was to be delivered on a Thursday. I was called shortly after 11am and told my vehicle was on its way. I left work early to meet the delivery driver. After 4 hours of waiting I called the dealer at 3 pm to find out the status of my vehicle. I was transferred and put on hold multiple times before I was told someone would call me back. When I was called back I was advised that the vehicles check engine light had come on they told the driver to bring it back to the dealership to be fixed. No one called to tell me this!!!! I lost money leaving work early and waiting around! I was then told my car would be delivered the next day. Again I had to call the dealership to find out details. We agreed on a 2:30pm delivery. My vehicle arrived shortly before 3pm. There were multiple deep scratches on the driver side panel by the seat. The fuel was under 3/4 tank when I was promised a full tank. Once again I missed out on work for the new delivery date. I called the salesperson about the scratches and was advised to text pictures which I did immediately and heard nothing in response. Very disappointed with how everything was handled after I signed the papers and was a sure deal. Lastly the lease was signed with 84 miles on the odometer. At delivery the odometer was 222 miles. Quite a difference and inconvenience at 25 cents a mile over when I was not responsible for the check engine light coming on.
