Worst BMW dealership I've ever heard of. When I describe my experiences with them on forums, everyone tells me to call BMW in Germany and report them. They lied about what my warranty covered, and ended up getting things fixed for free at Mississauga BMW. Go a seat rip and Toronto made something up one time about sending a picture to Germany for approval, to repair it, and obviously they denied it because Germany was never contacted. I asked on my next visit about the photos sent to Germany and they said they had no record of anything like that. Overpriced, scam artists, won't even stay true to the cars factory warranty. Go elsewhere, if you want good, honest BMW service.
