This is by far the fastest, kindest, and most efficient company I have come across! Our tech was Tim or TJ (his preference). The experience we had to need a new key was only made better by Pop-A-Lock Pittsburgh. The woman who answers the phone is absolutley incredible. She heard our debacle and within 13 minutes, she fixed the turmoil that was the sadness of our lost keys, and malicious over priced scammers, without hesitation! While TJ was making our key he saw that we could have used just a small bit of kindness through our rough experience and brought our family twice the peace it needed!
