Awful customer service: If you have an issue with any of the services RHP provide nobody responds to your emails & they cut you off the web chat. If you call they basically hang the phone up on you. Despite paying large monthly rental fees communal gardens etc maintained once a year. Huge lack of communication from RHP unless they are increasing your rent! If you have the pleasure of speaking to Lyn, be prepared for a hostile response unless your situation is life or death

I would strongly avoid purchasing a shared ownership property if RHP are involved.
