This place is the most highly priced Long term care facility and the lowest quality! Unfortunately, my father was in there for over a month. The lack of compassion they showed for a sick, 86 year old man was unbelievable!! The residents there are treated like animals. They lack quality staff and the staff they do have there are not qualified to be working with the elderly or the sick. We spent $660 a day for my father to be in this place thinking he would get good care. His nails were never trimmed and he looked totally unkempt when we were allowed to see him through the window. We had to ask the staff three
Times to cut his nails and cut his hair. They didn t even care. They loved the fact that the family was not allowed to come in to see their loved ones. The neglect was very obvious. I would never put a family member in there ever again. We found a much more compassionate and loving place for my dad! The elderly should have dignity and respect. But what do you expect for $660 a day!! What a joke!
