They gave me 2 free maintenance services and a $25...

They gave me 2 free maintenance services and a $250 gift card as part of a purchase agreement. They told me I could use the gift card as a 3rd maintenance service. When I took the car in for maintenance services the first 2 times, they made me use the free ones first. By the time the 3rd service was due, the gift card had expired and they won't honor it, even though it's their own card and it's their mistake.
