I am not sure how anybody can be happy with this c...

I am not sure how anybody can be happy with this company. My system is not working for over 4 months now. Many many calls and emails. We are nowhere. Now nobody calls. All we were told is that if we cancel we have to pay the rest of the contract off. We are paying every month. No clue for what!!!
Do not go with this company. There is really no customer service. It is simply horrible!!!!
