As a Yale student, I am extremely disappointed with this organization. I am working class and am struggling with health issues which is why I wanted to get acupuncture done and instead of me calling them to explain myself and explain that I was not feeling well they decided to charge me 30.00 because I didn t do it within the hours that they said was right . This is so unethical and just overall greedy and hungry for money and profit. Y all prices are extremely inaccessible to students like myself who do not have a high pay salary job. Y all don t have student discounts like a lot of other places do. This is just so unacceptable, and I talked to a mean woman over the phone who was yelling at me and blaming me for not calling ahead of time. Could I have handled things differently, possibly but to yell and tell a person off who is a customer is absolutely unacceptable and I will never spend a dime here again!
