Aludec sa provides an average experience. Their products are decent, but there is nothing exceptional about them. The customer service is satisfactory, but not outstanding. I encountered a minor issue with my order, but it was eventually resolved. The website is easy to navigate, but could use some improvements. Overall, an average company.
