I have an experience of 3+ Years into Generalist profile. I gave an interview for an HR Generalist Role in the month of August. My Recruiter was Gaurav Sinha who seems to be a bit unprofessional. I was being called twice for the multipe rounds. My final round was with a person who was in US. At the end, i was being told by the recruiter that i have been shortlisted and i have to come for a global training from the very next day.
I was not being told about anything else. But due to this crucial time due to Covid19 I went without any discussions. Despite of asking the recruiter about the process, he was clueless.
I was asked to sit for an entire shift with the team of 2 people. I was being introduced to my Sr Manager and was asked for a buddy up. By end of the day he was expecting me to take calls and to handle the emoloyees queries ( with no salary and roles discussion ).
I was again called the next day to attend the entire shift but after 4 hours i was asked to leave by saying they will get back to me.
Its been 15 days I have nt received any call or any sort of feedback from the recruiter.
They have just wasted my 2 days and asked me to work fot an entire shift.
Very unprofessional enviorment, staff, and the comolete management.
