We purchased a used vehicle today from Toyota of Oly. Our initial inquiry was online, where we were helped by Joy. Joy was friendly, prompt and informative. When we arrived for our test drive Joy introduced us to Larry to assist with the drive and sales process. Larry was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all put us at ease. We never once felt pressure or any insincerity from him. It was so refreshing to go to a car dealership & feel that way. Thank you Larry & the rest of the Toyota of Olympia team for the great experience today & our newly purchased car!
