I can not in good conscience recommend this law firm to anyone. I signed on in February of this year with Walsh to seek support with a very complicated divorce and custody case. After my initial consultation I went 5 weeks before I heard any word back. I found out in an email that my lawyer had left the firm and I was reassigned to a new lawyer who again was not responsive in any way. I had to repeatedly request some kind of understanding as to where my case was, but they continued to ignore me. You make you feel like you do not matter and the work that was done was without any effort or care just a snap response that lead to more confusion on both sides. My children and I have no support and feel very exposed and without help or security in our case.

I left feeling that this firm demonstrated a true lack of care for their clientele. The legal assistant was very unkind and unprofessional. No one answers calls or emails and the only real form of communication I received were invoices for work that I never saw or was privy to. I was never informed about any actionable evidence this work was actually happening. Just a bill.

After spending thousands my case has not moved even one step forward. I have left to a new firm and I feel very taken advantage of. I have recieved more support in one week with my new firm then I have in the last 5 months with Walsh. I am so disappointed by their absolute lack of care for their clients.
