Horrible. Went to pool and fell on my side twisted...

Horrible. Went to pool and fell on my side twisted my ankle. Not one slip mat or at least flooring that had non. Slip strips on it !! All ceramic floors. I was walking so careful and it didn t matter I went flying. Not a person who worked in pool area just s camera. Still no one came to help had to get myself up off floor with out slipping again. Called reception and she said didn t u see sign that says be careful slippery! Meanwhile there is a blind people convention going on and not one person or sign had Brazil so if they went to pool with guide dog they would of been killed! Made report hotel would give to me. Gave me one night off stay and. Said I d have to pay for

So many embassy suites and this one was over all the worst. Another reason I won t come back to Boston.
