I used Core Assets to find a one bedroom condo in Midtown Toronto and would highly recommend them! Initially I was planning to try and find a place on my own. I had used a real estate agent in the past, but found him to be of little help because he didn't listen to what I wanted and was very pushy with respect to increasing my budget and making a decision. With about a month until I was suppose to move, a friend recommended Jen Heakes to me and I am very thankful he did. Unlike my previous experience, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand what I wanted and really focused on sending me properties that met my criteria. This resulted in only having to schedule one afternoon of viewings to find the unit I was looking for. Her turn around time when making the offer was impressive and she kept me informed about where things stood in the process. She was always patient, approachable and very professional. She even followed up with me after I had moved in to see if everything was okay. Client service is clearly a priority for Jen and Core Assets. I plan on using Jen in the future and would recommend her and Core Assets to any of my friends.
