NOT RECOMMEND ever !! No assistance or telephone or by computer! It is a ghost and not at all convenient. I had a BAD experience and I RECOMMEND everyone. I have made the withdrawal of the right to reconsider because now I had no support except from a robot that responded random things ... let alone if an insured person would need their support in emergency !!!
