I have to say that I am royally disappointed about...

I have to say that I am royally disappointed about my experience at this brewery. It was one thing for me to forget my I.D. to get in, but it was another thing that they made me feel like a complete outcast. Constantly reminding everyone that they would have the opportunity to taste the different beers. Well, that was not the case for me. Couldn t even get a souvenir glass to take home and when I couldn t drink the beer, to get a root beer, they made you feel like the smallest person in the world to have to raise your hand to ask for root beer. Why not at least have it in a pitcher and pass it around along with the beer or even have stations already set up like they do on the bourbon tours. I was totally humiliated by this experience. I know it s partially my fault for forgetting my I.D., but I feel that this experience could have still been a much more pleasant one. I will certainly be prepared for next time, but I just wanted to share my disappointment and hope they will take this into consideration for the future.

P.S. Having my hand stamped with a smiley face was truly an added layer of humiliation. It would have been better just to not give me a hand stamp, than to get one as if I were a 2 year old child.
