Had a family member in emergency with FTL dementia...

Had a family member in emergency with FTL dementia. He was treated like a criminal and they kept him in solidarity confinement. They never kept his wife in the loop and would not give updates on his situation. He never ever had toilet paper, wash cloth or towel for 5 days. They tranfered him to W5th thankfully but never told his wife or family. We found out when we went to St.Joes to visit him.. This is how our system treats a frighten man with FTL dementia. The only reason he was brought there was because he was wandering on the road. Dr Janet Patterson runs emergency at St Joe's . It is very sad someone in with her power has treated my family with such low regard and disrespect during this crisis. Who comes into a room with three family members hugging and clinging together and say "oh we have some weepers here" this comes from Dr Patterson' s mouth...Seriously where is her empathy...This man was praying for help because he was so afraid and was being treated poorly...My family won't let this go and they shouldn't. They are taking their story to city hall and so they should...
