Today I had and pre booked appointment for 1:10 pm...

Today I had and pre booked appointment for 1:10 pm for my car battery problem. I was at crown honda sharp 1:10 and service agent look my honda crv around 1:20 for servicing. Along with battery problem I said tier has some issue as well. Service Agent said that it would take around 2:30hrs to get all fixed. Around 3:00 i saw my car was parked in the parking lot. So I went to service agent and enquired about it. He initially said thats not my car, then I confirmed that is my car then he checked in the system and said its not yet serviced and he tried to find my car keys for next 15 mins by walking down to all the service agents desk. He wasn t sure who parked the car there. Then he finally found the keys and said he will get it fixed. After 1/2 hours i.e around 3:45, he called me and said that there is no problem with the battery and there might be some other problem. And my tier has two screws so cannot be fixed and asked to change the tier. For battery problem he asked me to come down on weekday.

I did not like in first place the way they handled my car. And after wait of close to 3 hrs they asked me to come another day to get the problem fixed. Then what is the point of giving appointments, do they even care about others time. I even called their service director, Paul, which went to voicemail twice. I am planning to raise this with Honda corporate and will strongly recommend to cancel their service membership and to some inspections. I see many negative reviews about this place(should have checked before going instead after). Not sure even how they are doing the sales if they can t handle such a small service request properly.

I would never ever recommend any one going here
