I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car at Crown Honda. Having just moved to the area, I was in need of a car in a short timeframe. Ramon Gavilan met with me to understand what I was looking for and then provided very helpful information on the different models available. He was never pushy and really allowed my father and me the space we needed to try out the car and then discuss it. When it came time to close the deal, I felt Ramon went above and beyond to get us the best offer possible, and although the car had to be transferred from another store, he made special arrangements to have the car ready for me to pickup the very next day. All in all, the experience was not only pleasant but fun, and I look forward to returning to Crown Honda for my maintenance and other car needs in the future.
