Instantly felt like family, as they tell you you are the moment you walk in the door, and have kept coming back for the challenging and yet supportive classes and community. Highly recommend even if you're afraid of hot yoga- this place gives you the confidence to practice however makes you most comfortable without fear of judgement or feeling less than. Love it!
