I had a very very pleasant stay here. Sadly the rooms are outdated and need a refresh. But luckily the rooms are very big and there is plenty of space for you to spread out. The location, while in Disney springs is very very far away so keep that in mind.

Also I would not depend on the buses - they were particularly unreliable (but it is not managed by the hotel and instead by some Disney springs contractor that is not helpful). The only time I would suggest taking the buses is when you are leaving the parks. The issues is that although their is a set schedule there are randomly arbitrary rules. Some days the bus doesn t run to the springs until 4. Other days until 6pm. It s not posted anywhere. They say they run every half hour to an hour but you could be waiting 2 hours with no sighting of buses. As I said this is not something that is the fault of the hotel, but if you are booking for the free bus service I would keep this in mind. If you find yourself waiting, ask the next bus driver you see how long the wait might be for your bus. I strongly suggest using using Uber or lyft on the way to the parks or Disney springs and then using the bus to get back to save yourself time and the uncertainty .

One of the best things about this hotel is the breakfast buffet. It was absolutely amazing and what you need to start of the day right at a low price. Best of all, if you are in a rush (perhaps on your way to rope drop) you can fill up a to go container instead of sitting down, and bring it into the park!

They also have a Disney owned store here with a great pin board selection, I sadly neglected to check until the last day!

Lastly, I have to say the staff here are absolutely amazing. They were kind and helpful. They were prompt. We were celebrating our anniversary and they left us a card - it was the sweetest thing! I ll never forget that.
