Great customer service, although very busy always felt like I had access to the different amenaties without them being over crowded. Good value for drinks in my oppinion.The massage space I found to be a bit lacking in terms of what I have had at other spas, perhaps part of the Nordic concept, rooms were cold so was the oil they used, the massage overall was nice and pleasant just a bit chilly.
