Receptionist was not friendly at all upon arrival....

Receptionist was not friendly at all upon arrival. We requested 4 non-smoking rooms and we received only 3 and the friends that stayed in the smoking room were very bothered by the unpleasant smell. Of course they asked for a different room but the hotel was fully booked. Another big issue is that the toilet in one of the rooms was dirty, it didn't look like it was cleaned after the previous people that stayed there.
The location is good, the beds are conformable and we were able to store our luggage until we left for the airport.
