Horrible experience. Every time you call the operator or the room service they would put you on hold with the answering machine that the staff is busy. When I raised this issue with the staff at reception then they informed that there s some technical issue as a result of which all lines are busy. Also the wifi connection of the hotel keeps getting disconnected. I had a very bad experience with this hotel.
