I recently bought the new X4 from BMW of Sterling and was very pleased with the experience. I was very excited to buy my first BMW but wanted a specific color and options in the vehicle. I started at BMW Sterling. The facility is clean and welcoming. The newer site across the street is even better. From the first test drive to the final delivery Sal, the sales manager, made the process smooth and stress free. He was very attentive and patient throughout the process, and I never felt rushed. The price negotiation was fair, no haggling or back and forth over pricing and they took my Lexus trade in without hassle. I went to another BMW dealership (starts with an A and ends with ton ) and was treated like I wasn t serious about the purchase. I ended up back at Sterling and shouldn t have left in the first place. Sal welcomed me back

After the sale, I received follow-up calls to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase, and to answer any additional questions I might have. I even met with the BMW Genius who explained all the new options and features, which was initially overwhelming for a new BMW driver. I can say that this has been one of the most positive and easiest car buying experience for me. My only complaint (and this is just a personal preference) is that I wish the free car washes were on a weekday instead of the weekend (I work in the area M-F). I would highly recommend BMW of Sterling to anyone looking for a new or used BMW.
