My name is Tom and this my story lol.
I was going to the physical therapist next door to JW Pastry. I arrived a little early so I figured I would grab a quick bite and proceeded to look in my GPS for nearby restaurants. As I was looking I noticed a place called The Good Pie Company/JW Pastry (2 stores in one place). When I went inside the first thing I noticed was the beautiful smell of freshly baked goodies & how clean the place was. The Good Pie Company is one place and JW pastry is another. The Good Pie Company have some amazing pies from spinach pie to apple pie, Cherry Pie, Artesian breads handcrafted pastries & custom pies just a phone call away. I mean I am Extremely impressed how organized they are. However I was more intrigued in the Sweet Tarts that I saw before my eyes (In the picture). I spoke with Jonathan who is a executive pastry chef and owner of JW pastries about how he crafted the Sweet Tarts. He really impressed me with the details on how he crafts these works of art. I decided to buy one sweet tart and let my taste buds and stomach do the judging. Let me tell you what, I fell in love with it, my stomach fell in love with it & my brain is now addicted to it lol. It's freaking Amazing!!! Just so you are aware I live about 40 minutes away from JW pastries and I come here 2 to 3 times a week! When something is that good and that cheap ($8.00), you cannot go wrong. The executive pastry chef Jonathan is a wonderful and honest person. Something you don't find a lot these days. Take my word for it, This Place Is Amazing. I promise you you will not be disappointed.
