It is one of the best theaters in the world, looks good from anywhere and has very good acoustics. It is always better to buy tickets in advance since the best seats usually sell out quickly. From the website they can be purchased with a card or they can also be purchased from the theater ticket office. It is advisable to arrive with time both at the beginning and for the intermissions because once the function has begun they do not allow you to enter the room and you must wait until the end of the act. The theater has a cafeteria where you can have coffee, eat crumb sandwiches or have a glass of champagne, among others. The prices are usually, unlike a common cafeteria, a little high but worth it. The coffee is delicious. The bathrooms are located at the ends of the hallways. They are spacious and comfortable. The theater has an elevator for people with reduced mobility and stairs to access the different sectors, there are comforters and wardrobes. The entrance lasts approximately 15 minutes and before starting an act make the lights flash as a signal to return to the seats. The aisle space is small, I recommend going with the least amount of coats or bags possible for comfort. On the operas, the theater has live Spanish translation through a luminous sign that is at the top of the stage. There are guided tours of the theater and you can buy tickets to already have the seat reserved for what you want to see for a long time. Everything can be consuls through its website. To enter the theater, you should try to go dressed according to the theater, the best dress possible although it is not an impediment to enter. There are some gala functions where they ask, exclusively, that those who have acquired certain seats, such as stalls, are dressed in an elegant way.
