Scheduled A/C tune-up for my packaged unit system. Although they were not able to come out on the day scheduled they did reschedule for the next business day. Ruben the technician that arrived for service call was very courteous and professional. He completed service call in a timely manner and explained the service before and after completion. We were very pleased with the services received.
